I've worked with Lori Keohane at EHD for over 10 years in regards to our company insurance. She has always been prompt in getting our questions answered and having our insurance updated when general contractors request different requirements. She's never been stumped by their requests! She also keeps track of our open projects by checking in with us to see if anything needs updating. We will continue to use EHD since the service has been honest and prompt.

I have dealt with many insurance providers through the years and have to say this was the best experience I have had with an insurance company. I worked with Zach Getz and he was amazing. He was extremely thorough in collecting all of our information to find us the best coverage for the best price. He lowered our insurance by a significant amount and with better coverage! The customer service I received was top notch, I don't have one bad thing about this experience. I have been happily sharing his contact with all my friends so he can assist them in saving on insurance as well. It's a "win, win", so give him a call :)

After our insurance company dropped us due to "loss of appetite" and our agent was unable to find us a suitable replacement, we scrambled to find coverage. We contacted numerous agencies to no avail before we happened upon EHD. After completing EHD's online contact form after hours on a Friday, we were shocked to get a call on Saturday morning from Seth, letting us know he had seen our request and that he would start working on it Monday. Who does that these days?!? Seth took on the challenge that our small business presented and went above and beyond our expectations. We spent many hours on the phone over the next few weeks with Seth while he worked his magic. He was able to find us comparable coverage with a lower premium! Seth was truly awesome to work with!
